Officer Archer is responsible for one of two policing divisions within the city. Together with other officers in the unit they plan, develop, and implement programs to address community-policing issues, including special events, annual projects, and community discussions. They work in assigned neighborhoods to address resident concerns and quality of life issues, fostering a sense of security and well-being by engaging in neighborhood activities, events, and meetings.
