THE FUND for West Palm Beach Police was proud to support the Heart & Soul Youth Basketball Slam, a community-building pop-up basketball event sponsored by Thul and Dave Brule and facilitated and hosted by the West Palm Beach Police Department.
Held at Heart & Soul Park, the event brought nearly 200 neighbors and officers together for an afternoon of hoops, music, food, and fun. Youth participants received event T-shirts and newly designed basketballs featuring THE FUND’s logo, a symbol of unity and teamwork that perfectly captured the spirit of the day.
Events like the Heart & Soul Slam do more than bring people together; they build trust and connection, especially among local youth. These gatherings help bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community, creating lasting relationships built on respect, communication, and shared experiences.
