More than 550 runners, walkers, and families turned out for THE FUND for West Palm Beach Police’s annual Run with the Cops 5K along scenic Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, bringing the community together with local officers for a high-energy and meaningful morning.
Participants of all ages took part in the waterfront course, greeted by a lively race start, strong participation, and plenty of excitement throughout the event. The West Palm Beach Police Department took top honors in the Police Team Challenge, adding a spirited and competitive highlight to the day.
Beyond the race, the event created opportunities for connection between officers and community members, reinforcing THE FUND’s mission to build trust and strengthen relationships through shared experiences. The event was chaired by Board Member Heather Luttier, whose leadership helped bring the day together. Major sponsors included Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, PA, Critton, Luttier & Coleman, and Citizens Bank.
The Run with the Cops 5K is one of THE FUND’s signature events, bringing the community together in support of the men and women of the West Palm Beach Police Department while helping to fund programs that enhance public safety and community engagement.
